Visualizing my experience at AMAL :)
My fellowship journey started on 19th march is ending in two days was a life-changing experience for me. I was so scared to manage my university, my project, my work, and the 3 months long fellowship. But if I reflect back today, time passed so quickly that the first week seems like yesterday.
This journey has really been amazing and really helpful for finding my purpose, my direction, and my aim towards my goals, learning great leadership, communication, teamwork qualities, and many more. This fellowship really made me stand out of my comfort zone and prioritize my task according to the time in which I failed then succeed then made progress.
If I reflect back to my first 2 weeks of the journey, the point when we started our first project work, I was somewhat jittery to be able to complete all of it on time. signing to the classroom, making accounts on medium, watching and learning online courses but managed to do all on time. The significant exercises we did in our initial fourteen days were Creating our purpose maps, finding our WHY’s, reflecting our personal and professional goals, working as a team in a learning group activity, writing a blog on fixing things around ourselves, LUMS case study, creating smart goals all of this was such a massive learning experience.
The major progress I made was to find the “why” behind my motivation throughout everyday life and how am I going to achieve my purpose and goals. This assisted me with getting mindful of myself and in particular, I figured out how to acknowledge and gave myself a direction towards my goals. I found that all that I question myself for, I can do it actually quite well. I must ensure that I carry out all the learnings from Amal in my life to make a positive effect on my future and continue to learn.
I really wish that everyone graduating from Fellowship may continue to experience success, to feel motivated and encouraged on every part of their journey, and to have nothing but delightful results with their every piece of work.
