What is a Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management system that encourages people to work with the time they have — rather than against it. Utilizing this technique, we break our work into 25-minute pieces isolated by a three to five-minute break. These intervals are referred to as Pomodoro.

Applying in Daily life
I decided to apply this technique for writing this medium blog. So i set the timer for 25-minutes and started to collect the ideas, the vocabulary and started writing the blog. I also collected some appropriate pictures to fit in the blog.
After 25-minutes, I completed about 30–40% of the blog and idea because of lots of distraction from the mind and checking Facebook while searching for images to put in.
I took a break and repeated the above process again but this time I was less distracted and completed within time.

I usually have a habit of delaying the task or sometimes lack prioritizing the task and even getting distracted easily with little thoughts of the mind but this technique helped me a lot to get my task done within few minutes and will be using it in the future to bring 100% potential out of myself.
